Colorbond is a trademark of its owner. Use of the word here identifies a steel-cladding product type common on Australian farm buildings. It is not an endorsement, not a colour chart, and not a quote.
Inspection, not a product brochure
Ask a licensed inspector or a builder who works on rural structures, not a blog:
- roof sheets, fixings, gutters, and whether water is entering the dwelling
- asbestos on older roofs and eaves — a WHS question, see demolitions
- structural timber or steel in sheds, including lean and footing condition
- electrical supply to sheds, including amateur additions
- whether the shed is a planning problem (setbacks, use) as well as a building problem
Sellers: do not hide active leaks. Buyers: a new-looking cladding elevation in a photograph is not a structural report. Tie this to buying and selling.
Why the URL looks urban
The old site accepted guest posts that had little to do with farms. The rebuild’s rule is to keep backlinked paths and put real rural education on them, clearly labelled. Pitch better topics via contact. Off-topic advertorials will be rewritten or refused.
