How Rural Property Guide handles contact-form data, analytics and cookies. Replaces the 2004 Rural Press privacy.asp notice.
Rural Property Guide collects little personal information and does not run a membership login like the 2004 member.asp system.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, FormSubmit delivers your name, email and message to the editorial inbox. Use that channel only for site questions. Do not send sensitive identity documents.
Hosting and logs
The site is served from a hosting provider that may log IP addresses and user-agents for security. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.
Analytics and cookies
If a privacy-respecting analytics tool is added later, this page will name it. We do not require an account to read the guides.
Corrections
Email via the form if you want a personal detail removed from a comment or guest post. Educational pages themselves do not publish private contact data from the old classifieds.

What does the contact form collect?
Name, email, topic and message, delivered through FormSubmit to the editorial inbox. A honeypot field is ignored.
